Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you will be able to return it as long as it is in the state you received it without the need to give any reason. The legal requierments are to accept back products and refund the money if the clients states he desires to do so up to 15 natural days after the date the package was received. In our attempt to provide good services we do accept returns and refund money even if the client states his desire for refund after the legal time limit.

Refund conditions:

- In order to refund your money you have to send us the products you want to return and cofirm that the products were not used or demaged. The cost for the return of the products is covered by the client.

- Once we receive the products it will take us up to 1 business day to examined the package and approved the riquest.

- We will contact the client to confirm the request is approved and we will proceed with the refund. The refund transfer will be maybe in 1 ot 3 days after the request is approved.

Product exchange conditions:

  • If you want to change a producto because you are not happy with the size you can do so by sending back to us the products. The products have to be in the same conditions as when they were received (with intack packaging, the products can´t be dirty or scratched).
  • Once we receive the products and confirm they are in good state we will send confirmation to the client and will proceed with the delivery of the newly selected products. If the product in question is temporarily unavailable, the customer has the right to ask for a refund of his original purchase. In this case, the reimbursement will not include the shipping costs. 
  • The customer will assume both shipping and return shipping cost, except in case of an error from www.holyboardshop.com, where the store will assume both cost. 

Shipping cost?

In the case of exchange as a consequence of an error or mistake commited by us, the shipping cost will be covered by www.holyboardshop.com. In that case, it is mandatory for the customer to contact our customer service before sending the goods. We will not accept any shippings with “cash on delivery” (COD) unless we have instructed the client otherwise. If the customer is not happy with the product or the sizing, he will have to assume all shipping costs.

When will I receive my exchanged product?

Once we receive the product it will take us up to 1 day to confirm the condition and send confirmation that the request is approved. We will proceed with the shipping of the new products within 2 days from their receival.
