In HolyBoardShop we aim to facilitate our clients providing the simpliest and faster shopping experience. Here you can find the conditions for delivery, changes, refunds and more. Todo pedido hecho en la web www.holyboardshop.com implica necesariamente a título de condición esencial, determinante e imprescindible, la aceptación sin reservas por el Cliente de las Condiciones Generales de Venta vigentes el día en que se lleve a cabo el pedido correspondiente. • The delivery days are in busyness days
• HolyBoardShop reserves the right to update the deliver company or service but only in the case that this does not affects the client and does not increase the delivery costs.
• Orders made before 15:00 Central European Time will be sent the same day.
• To avoid problems with the delivery we encourage the clients to make sure they fill the delivery data carefully and as details as possible. 
• The delivery times can be affected by numerous reasons that are out of our control. Even that we can't be responsible for delays because of external reasons we guarantee to make everything in our power to have the goods delivered the fastest possible way. 
• In case of delays the delivery company will inform the client 

WARRANTY

All of our clients can take advantage of the warranties offered by the producers which in almost all products is 2 years from the purchasing date. 
The defects produced by wrong use of the products or the normal wareof after use are not covered by those warranties. 
in order to proceed with an exchange of a problematic product we have to receive the product and test it. If our tests show a problem in the production we can change the problematic product or credit the client.
En caso de que el cliente opte por un abono del producto, se le devolverá el importe del producto descontando el importe de los gastos de envío totales generados.
In order to prceed with the exchange of a product because of warrenty you have to follow the steps wrtten in the part Return. Para proceder a la devolución del producto para cubrir la garantía, deberán seguirse los procesos descritos en el apartado de devoluciones y será imprescindible disponer de la factura de la compra.

Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you will be able to return it as long as it is in the state you received it without the need to give any reason. The legal requierments are to accept back products and refund the money if the clients states he desires to do so up to 15 natural days after the date the package was received. In our attempt to provide good services we do accept returns and refund money even if the client states his desire for refund after the legal time limit.

Refund conditions:

- In order to refund your money you have to send us the products you want to return and cofirm that the products were not used or demaged. The cost for the return of the products is covered by the client.

- Once we receive the products it will take us up to 1 business day to examined the package and approved the riquest.

- We will contact the client to confirm the request is approved and we will proceed with the refund. The refund transfer will be maybe in 1 ot 3 days after the request is approved.

Product exchange conditions:

• If you want to change a producto because you are not happy with the size you can do so by sending back to us the products. The products have to be in the same conditions as when they were received (with intack packaging, the products can´t be dirty or scratched).
• Once we receive the products and confirm they are in good state we will send confirmation to the client and will proceed with the delivery of the newly selected products. If the product in question is temporarily unavailable, the customer has the right to ask for a refund of his original purchase. In this case, the reimbursement will not include the shipping costs. 
• The customer will assume both shipping and return shipping cost, except in case of an error from www.holyboardshop.com, where the store will assume both cost. 

Shipping cost?

In the case of exchange as a consequence of an error or mistake commited by us, the shipping cost will be covered by www.holyboardshop.com. In that case, it is mandatory for the customer to contact our customer service before sending the goods. We will not accept any shippings with “cash on delivery” (COD) unless we have instructed the client otherwise. If the customer is not happy with the product or the sizing, he will have to assume all shipping costs.

When will I receive my exchanged product?

Once we receive the product it will take us up to 1 day to confirm the condition and send confirmation that the request is approved. We will proceed with the shipping of the new products within 2 days from their receival. 

When will I receive my new products?

As soon as we recive the return package and confirm the condition of the products we will send the new package which will arrive according to the delivery times for your country.

HolyBoardshop guarantees you that all of the payment options are safe, flexible and fast. 

We send orders once we can confirm that the money has arrrived to our corresponding account based on the payment type. The client will receive a notification when the order is send or if there i s any kind of problem with the payment.

The buyer or the user of protection gear asumes the risks related with the selection and the use of the products for any activity. None of the products that we sell can guarantee protection against injurees or dead from any type of impact or incident. In no case will HolyBoardShop be responsible for demages caused using these products no matter if it was as direct or indirect consequence.Neither will be responsible for lose of profit or any other type of lose.
